Procrastination - You fight against?

That's right!

Procrastination syndrome: You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. In professional jargon, it is also referred to as "ideational procrastination." There are many reasons, many causes, and many approaches. Over the course of 30 years, I have developed my own personal method, and it has brought me success. I would be happy to share it with you.

Do you have a lot of ideas?

Great!

Ideas: Everything starts with an idea! Ideas are responsible for the progress and prosperity of people! Sir Richard Branson, one of the greatest innovators of our time, has pondered over this.

You don't implement them?

Normal!

Implementation: "Ideas are nothing if they are not implemented!" That statement is true and immediately understandable. It's as if each one of us already knows it. You know it just as well as I do.

Are you looking for an approach?

Perfect!

Approach: You're looking for an approach? Perfect! You're already on the right track. Searching for an approach is the first step towards solving a problem or achieving a goal. It shows that you're ready to take action and make changes.

My method. For you. Achieve your goals!

Good feeling!

Achieving goals: Reaching goals is an incredibly fulfilling feeling that goes far beyond the simple joy of crossing a task off our to-do list. When we achieve a goal, it validates our self-confidence and abilities. It shows us that we have control over our own lives and that we are capable of bringing about change and making progress. Indeed, our brains release happiness hormones known as endorphins when we achieve a goal. These endorphins create a sense of euphoria and well-being. They are the reason why we feel so happy and satisfied when we accomplish a goal. But that's not all. Pursuing goals and achieving them also keeps us motivated and engaged. It gives us purpose and direction. It helps us realize and utilize our full potential. So, dare to set goals, no matter how big or small they may be. Every step you take, every progress you make, brings you closer to the life you desire. And remember, achieving goals is not just about the end result. The process, the journey, the experiences and insights you gather along the way are just as valuable. So go ahead, strive for your goals, and savor the wonderful feeling that comes with their attainment. You deserve it!

Start: Write down the idea!

Now!

Now, take note: The first step towards realizing your dreams starts with a simple action - jotting down your idea. Every great achievement, impressive project, and astounding success begins with a single idea. But an idea alone is not enough. The key lies in implementation. And the first step towards implementation is capturing the idea. Once it's written down, it becomes more real, tangible. It's no longer just a fleeting thought; it's the beginning of something grand. So, don't hesitate. Don't wait for the "perfect" moment because the perfect moment is right now. Write down your idea. No matter how big or small, how wild or conventional it may be, put it on paper. Seize the initiative. Start the process. Take the first step towards realizing your dreams. You have the power to shape your life. All you need to do is begin. And that means: Write down your idea. Right now!

Determine the next steps!

Here we go!

Here we go: After jotting down your idea, it's time to take action. The next important step is planning. Where do you want to go? What are the necessary steps to get there? What does the path from your current position to your goal look like? Planning and structure are the foundation of successful implementation. They provide you with clear direction and help you stay organized. They allow you to measure progress and ensure you're on the right track. However, remember that planning doesn't mean mapping out every little detail. It's important to remain flexible and open to adjustments and changes. Circumstances may change, new opportunities may arise, and new challenges may emerge. A good plan is one that can adapt to these changes. So, establish the next steps. Create a clear picture of the path ahead. And then, don't hesitate any longer. It's time to get started. Let's go!

Now you have to keep at it!

Every day!

Every day: Now you must stay committed! The secret to success is perseverance. You've jotted down your idea, you've made a plan, and now it's time to put that plan into action. And that means: You must stay committed. Every single day. Success doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of consistent effort, of taking small steps that build up day by day, week by week, month by month. It's the result of persistence, determination, and endurance. There will be times when things get tough. There will be times when you question if all the effort is worth it. In those moments, it's more important than ever to stay committed. Because every step you take brings you closer to your goal. And remember: It's not about being perfect. It's about making progress. It's about moving forward a little bit each day. So, stay committed. Be consistent. Don't give up. You have what it takes to achieve great things. You just need to stay committed. Every day!

My help for you!

Just Mike It!

An app: My app. I spent many years using pen and paper, various to-do apps, Excel, and so on, living with my method. Then, I got tired of it and set a goal with my method: "Create my own app" - the Dingel App. I defined the individual steps and got started. And now, behold: The app is no longer called Dingel App but Just Mike It! But that's just the name. Why? Well, Mike is in reference to a microphone. It means: Record a voice note of your idea. Just Mike It! That works great with the Apple Watch or iPhone. When it comes to defining the individual steps, the iPad is needed. That's where the app fully unleashes its potential. If you don't have an iPad, no problem. The iPhone app is sufficient for jotting down ideas. That's the beginning!
